You’ll then be presented with a list of results. There will be exact matches, which suit your needs perfectly, and partial matches. The latter should never be ignored; some contractors have flexible schedules or are willing to travel further for the right job. You’ll have access to their contact information so can speak to them directly.
As part of our launch package, early adopters will be able to use our Concierge Service for free if there are no available matches, expanding their search and helping to find what they need straight away.
If you’ve used our app before, you can even add tradespeople to your favourites tab and can use them again if their availability matches up.
With a few simple clicks, or taps of the screen, you’ll be set up with the contactor you need for the job, and they’ll be on their way to sort out your tenants’ issue in no time.

Ensuring your Chosen Trady is Reliable
That all sounds well and good, but what are we doing to prevent cowboys from flooding our app?
While it’s true that anyone can sign up, we use a rating system that helps to filter out any people who aren’t taking their jobs seriously. The highest-rated Tradys will appear first, giving you access to the cream of the crop for your next job. On the other hand, if any trades receive multiple poor reviews, they’ll be removed from the platform.
Each tradesperson that signs up must also complete a profile that details their skills, accreditations, and years of experience, in order to appear in searches. Once again this is mutually beneficial, and will help you to find what you need.
They aren’t all sole traders either! We encourage larger trades businesses across the region to sign up with our platform, giving letting agents and other businesses access to more skilled workers, backed up by a reliable company.
